Corina
The song was "Temptation" and it became the most successful song of Corina's career and the highest charting
freestyle record on Bilboard Hot 100 to date. With all the success, Corina’s self-titled debut album was released in 1991, spawning two
more hits and some videos. After a long break, Corina released a re-make of Nocera's, "Summertime Summertime" in 1997
Raised in the Bronx and Harlem, Puerto Rican Corina began working in the recording studio by the time she was in her early teens. By 1987
Corina was introduced to Carlos Berrios which turned into her big break as she then released her first single "Out of Control" and
signed to Cutting Records. "Out of Control" was a smash hit which was followed by an even more successful single in 1988 called
"Give Me Back My Heart". 1990 held a third consecutive hit, "Loving You Like Crazy", produced by Aldo Marin.
Re-teaming with Carlos Berrios who was then working with the new school sound of Lissette Melendez's "Together Forever", Carlos
applied the new school sound to a song Corina had recorded but never released earlier in her career.
